Who we are

Odasper runs this website and is responsible for the data described here. You can reach us at hello@odasper.com for any question about your data.

What we collect

We collect as little as the site needs to work.

• Your email address, when you request early access, and the time you did it.
• Standard technical logs kept briefly by our hosting provider when a page is served: IP address, browser type, requested page. We do not use them to identify you.
• Your light or dark theme preference, stored in your own browser's local storage. It never leaves your device.

What we do not do

There are no analytics scripts, no advertising trackers and no cookies on this site. We do not buy, sell or exchange email lists.

Why we use your email, and on what basis

We only use your email address for the purpose you gave it to us, based on your consent: to write to you about Odasper's beta, design-partner onboarding and related product news.

Who processes it for us

Email addresses are stored and emails are sent through Resend (resend.com), our email provider. The website is hosted by Vercel (vercel.com). Both act on our instructions under their own privacy and data-processing terms, which are published on their sites.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Every email we send contains an unsubscribe link. Early-access contacts are removed when the waitlist is closed or when you tell us you are no longer interested.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and similar laws you can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to hello@odasper.com and we will act within a month. If you believe we handled your data wrongly, you can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.

Changes

If this notice changes in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top and, for material changes, tell the people on our list by email.
